Ridesharing

The BWI Business Partnership, through the Commuter Connections web site (www.commuterconnections.org), offers an online ride-matching system for travelers in the greater metro Washington area, including Anne Arundel County, Baltimore City, and other regions within the state.  Developed by the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments, this system is powered by Google Maps API and provides comprehensive information about transit options, telework centers, and other necessary information for the regional commuter.

Another alternative to driving a car to work might be the network of bike trails in the Airport area.
These trails are also great for exercise any time.  Click here for a map of the BWI Trail, which connects you to a larger bike trail network.
