1. When did Home With You join the Partnership?
 
In March of 2015. 
 
2. What is the company's role within the BWI region?
 
Home With You provides in home caregiver services for older adults who require assistance to remain safely at home. Services include: transportation to wellness, grocery shopping and other errands, assistance with bathing or monitoring for safety., meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping and organizing, and many other activities and tasks.

is your role within the company?
  
 
Executive Director - Our company began in 2005. We provides services in Baltimore and Howard County.

What is 
 
something most people do not realize about Home With You? 
  

Although much of our care is physical, the most important part of our services is the companionship offered by our caregivers who really enjoy working with seniors. To bring a daily smile to a client's face, is what it's all about! 
 
 
5. How large is the company?
 
We are employee based company which with 70+ caregivers 

6. What is one piece of advice you can give, based on your insight into your industry and the problems you solve for your clients? 
We assist in giving both our clients, and their children, peace of mind. If you are noticing signs, and before a major catastrophe begins, introduce our services to your loved one who wishes to remain independent at home. In assisting just a couple of days a week, for just a few hours, can ensure safety in the home as long as possible. 
 
7. What do you get the most out of being a Partnership member? 

The connections I've made have been valuable. I've met with several people who are great referral resources. I've learned a great deal about the different companies and services throughout the Baltimore /Washington region that I never knew existed. The quality of it's members is very impressive.

2. J & R Roofing has a yard raccoon and tabby cat that are buddies and co-exist. They, together, scare the heck out of anyone trying to put anything in the dumpster.

Bishop McNamara High School, a college-preparatory school in the Holy Cross tradition, exists to educate and to form young men and women in and through the Catholic faith. The school challenges its students to think with Christ: a thought animated by the gospel, manifested in service, and informed by academic excellence. This message of faith is taught not in isolation but is integrated with learning and living by relating the Gospel message to content areas, by the living example of faculty and staff, by partnership with families, and by service to the outside community. Bishop McNamara High School is dedicated to educating the heart as well as the mind. An abundance of activities and opportunities are provided to students in the realms of athletics, fine arts, academics and more.

3. BMHS is one of the only high schools in the area to provide an African Music and Dance program: Sankofa.

 

4. The BMHS Sankofa students performed Harriet and the Underground in July 2017 at The Warner Theatre.

 

5. BMHS has a 10:1 student/teacher classroom ratio.

 

6. The School recently acquired and integrated a 3D printer into our new engineering classes and curriculum for student use and experimentation.
